3/4 cup BUTTER
3/4 cup SUGAR
3/4 cup BROWN SUGAR
3 EGGS
1 teaspoon VANILLA
2 cups FLOUR
1 teaspoon SALT
2 teaspoon SODA
1 cup CHOCOLATE CHIPS
Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla together. Add dry ingredients and mix. Pour into greased - floured 9 X 13 cake pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes

I spread one batch on brownie batter on a sheet cake pan, baked it for approximately 20 minutes. Cooled them and cut out circle cookies. Then I froze them individually. Once frozen I put one scoop of ice cream between two cookies to make 20 ICE CREAM SANDWICHS. They were a hit.
