1.5 LB GROUND BEEF
1/2 C. ONION, diced
1/2 C. CELERY, diced
1/2 C. ONION, diced
1/2 C. CELERY, diced
2 TBSP. GREEN PEPPER, chopped
1/2 C. KETCHUP
1/2 Can (10 OZ.) TOMATO SOUP
1 TBSP WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 TBSP VINEGAR
1 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
6-9 HAMBURGER BUNS
In large skillet, brown meat and drain fat. Add onions, celery, green pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in ketchup, soup, vinegar, worchestershire, and brown sugar.
Simmer 30 minutes. Makes 6-9 Sloppy Joe's.
